The Authenticity Promise
At Tabita Bags, we want you to feel confident and secure when you purchase luxury products from us. Authenticity is fundamental to our selection. Our process combines careful sourcing, our own product inspection and an external professional authentication check before sale.
1. Careful sourcing and trusted partners
We carefully select our sourcing partners and carry out supplier due diligence before working with them. We look at their reputation, authentication processes and the people behind the business. These checks help us choose partners who share our commitment to authentic luxury.
2. Our own product inspection
We inspect every product ourselves, checking its details, condition and consistency with the information provided. We take concerns seriously and investigate them before offering the item for sale.
3. External professional authentication — always
Every product receives an external professional authentication check before sale, in addition to our sourcing and internal inspection controls. This additional verification layer applies whether we purchase from a professional supplier or an individual. Our process is not dependent on a single provider.
Personal service, here in Switzerland
We are an established business in Switzerland, and we want you to feel comfortable with your purchase. If you have a question or concern, contact us and we'll review it with you. Our contractual authenticity guarantee and the formal claim process are set out in our General Conditions of Sale.
Your purchase record
Your order confirmation and purchase correspondence provide a record of your purchase, including the product, date, price and our contact details. Keep them for your records. They document the transaction; they are not a separate authentication certificate.
A clear explanation of our role
We select, inspect and arrange external professional authentication for the products we sell. We do not present TBWL as an independent authentication provider. This page explains our process; our General Conditions of Sale set out the contractual guarantee, claim period, evidence, remedies and treatment of accessories.
