It is possible to collect the product in person?

With pleasure, contact us to make an appointment. Consider we are based in Tessin and we do not have a physical store. You can purchase with peace of mind considering you have the possibility to return in case the product doesn’t fit you.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to many countries, including Switzerland, Europe, the USA, Canada, and the UAE. To check if we ship to your country, add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout. If your country is listed, we can ship to you!

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times depend on your location. We process orders as quickly as possible (normally within 1-2 business days), and shipping within Switzerland typically takes 1-3 business days. Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Switzerland, ensuring a fast and reliable service for domestic customers and careful handling for international shipments.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on your location and the total value of your order. Free shipping may apply for certain orders; check your shipping cost during checkout.

How does international shipment works?

We are in Switzerland, so all shipments outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein are for us international.

The order price you pay to us is net of Swiss Value Added Tax (VAT) of 8.1%. So, at checkout, you pay less than a Swiss customer.

Consider that when you receive the order you will have to pay your country's tax and duties (which may be higher or lower compared to the Swiss VAT).

At checkout, you will see the calculated shipping cost that depends on your country and the shipment service you select .

Can I return my purchase if I change my mind?

Yes, you can return your purchase within 5 days of receiving it.

What are the requirements for a refund?

To qualify for a refund, please ensure the following:

- The original tags are still attached to the item.
- The item shows no signs of further usage.
- The item is returned in the same condition as received, with all accessories included.

How do I initiate a return?

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive the returned item and verify it meets the refund requirements, we will process your refund within a few business days.

What if the item is damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will provide further instructions and assist you in resolving the matter.

What types of payment methods do you offer?

We offer a range of payment options to suit your needs. You can pay using American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple and Google Pay, as well as via bank wire transfer, payment instalment plans, and TWINT. How can I select to purchase with invoice in instalments?

If you are resident in Switzerland, just select the payment term mentioning "Rechnung / Facture / Invoice" as the payment method at checkout.

What will happen afterwards?

You will have to fill some additional fields and you will know immediately if the order is approved or not.

How does the order validation process work?

First, your data are processed by our financial partners. They might accept or not the order. If they accept it, we will deliver the order, otherwise you might contact us for more information or try another payment method.

What are the reasons the order is not accepted?

There are various possible reasons, and we will not obtain detailed information. The reasons could be for example:

- you are not resident in Switzerland
- you are under 18 years old
- there are no data about your person at the address indicated (e.g. you have moved recently)
- you are late with some other payment
- you are not physically in Switzerland when placing the order
- errors in entering the information
- the order value is too high

What happens after the order is shipped?

We ship the order with an insured and tracked package requiring a signature at delivery.
In a few days, unless you return the order, you will receive the invoices from our financial partner with all documentation to start your instalment plan.

What are the conditions of the instalment plan?

We offer payment with Powerpay that is one of the most used partner in Switzerland. You have to pay at least 10% of the amount per month. There is an interest applied on the residual balance (roughly 1.1% per month). Postage cost applies (but you can avoid them by asking to Powerpay to receive invoices via email. How can I be sure your products are authentic?

We asked ourselves your question when we decided to sell these products. The answer is that we make sure we buy products from qualified vendors, we update ourselves to recognize real and fake products, and use the best technology available to scan the products (Entrupy).
